Thinking in Black and White.

It has been my wish to make this film in black and white, there are many reasons it has a timeless quality to it, it removes a need for colour arguably describes the human face as landscape in a way colour does not. I am really interested in exploring faces as landscapes that ell stories in themselves. and also technically although it is difficult to get right, to make an image really shine, it will I beleive bring back a concentration to the image. to ignore the modern splashes of colour and the garish backgrounds
